Amsterdam, 23 May 2022

Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, the teams at TicketSwap have mobilised to support various relief initiatives. To carry our collective contribution to the efforts, we are launching TicketSwap Together - for Ukraine, allowing our users to also support humanitarian relief when they purchase a ticket on our platform.

How can you take part in this initiative?

On May 24th and 25th, we will raise our service fees by 1%. This means that, for all tickets sold on TicketSwap on these dates, the fees for buyer and seller will be 6% (instead of 5%). This additional 1% will be donated to the Netherlands Red Cross, specifically aimed at supporting those who have been affected by the war.

The amount raised by our users will be doubled by TicketSwap

We already want to thank our community for their solidarity and generosity: we are better together. 💙💛
