Amsterdam, December 3, 2024 –Paradiso, Amsterdam’s most iconic cultural venue, and TicketSwap, the leading marketplace platform for driving additional primary sales and maximising resale potential, are proud to announce a partnership that introduces the first 100% face value price cap for ticket resale on the platform in the Netherlands. This collaboration marks a significant step toward ensuring affordability and accessibility in the live events industry.

This innovative resale model ensures that tickets for Paradiso events can only be resold at their original purchase price (excluding service costs) or less, preventing price inflation and supporting Paradiso’s mission as a non-profit organization to make arts and culture accessible to a wide audience. It also reflects TicketSwap’s long standing commitment to providing fair pricing and safe transactions for event-goers.

The partnership integrates TicketSwap’s platform with See Tickets Benelux, Paradiso’s primary ticketing provider, creating a seamless system for buying and reselling tickets. By leveraging TicketSwap’s community of over 15 million ticket buyers, this collaboration enhances Paradiso’s ticketing strategy and extends its reach to a broader audience.
