TicketSwap introduces the new Ticket Import feature. This new update allows fans to effortlessly import any PDF file of event tickets into their Tickets section in the app and access them anytime, anywhere. With this, TicketSwap provides a convenient and centralized solution for storing and managing your tickets.
Following a successful test release at the beginning of this year, TicketSwap has gradually rolled out the new feature, with over 34,000 fans already taking advantage of its capabilities. With a few simple steps, users of the platform can import any PDF file into their app by clicking the "Import tickets" button in the My Tickets section of the TicketSwap app. Additionally, they have the option to link imported tickets to specific events, enhancing organization and clarity.
- It empowers fans to import tickets from various sources, including those purchased outside of TicketSwap. Whether users choose to store tickets as files or link them to events, they can effortlessly manage and access their tickets in one convenient location. This eliminates the need to search through emails for tickets while queuing for an event. With offline access to the app, tickets are always instantly available.
- The feature distinguishes listed/sold tickets and those available for personal use. By importing the entire ticket file, people can easily identify which tickets are listed or sold, ensuring clear ticket management.
- Tickets can be distributed easily with the sharing feature. Convenient if you’re going to a festival with a group of friends, for example. The sharing feature, already popular among approximately 20% of buyers, works for TicketSwap tickets and for tickets purchased externally.
